A rural mansion in the mountains that used to produce olive oil until just a few decades ago, It is currently a rural hotel where you can sample traditional Mallorcan dishes made with Mallorcan olive oil, stroll through the olive grove that surrounds the estate and admire the careful state of conservation of its olive oil mill.
