A family business founded in the 19th century and devoted to he production of cheeses under the Mahón-Menorca Denomination of Origin, with milk from the family farm. On the picturesque Alcaiduset estate, the Pons family has managed to preserve all the know-how of Minorca's traditional cheese production, generation after generation.
